Student and Standard Registration fees include:
Conference materials, morning & afternoon tea, lunch, refreshments, admission to all sessions and one (1) conference dinner ticket.
* QUT Staff: Please note you cannot use your QUT Corporate Card to pay registration fees. Please complete the registration process, and select the QUT Staff payment option. You will then be prompted to enter the journal account code for payment.
Refund Policy and Conference Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Event Manager, by email email@example.com .
Cancellations received up until Monday 23rd January 2017, will be refunded less 25% for administration fees (please note if you have not paid you will still be invoiced for this amount). No registration refunds will be made after this date. Full cancellation fees will also apply to non-paid accounts after this date.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person in your organisation, if advised in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the Conference.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Accommodation cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Event Manager, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Amendments or cancellations will not be accepted after Wednesday 4 January 2017.
